We carry out renovation, repair and refurbishment work on existing villas and apartments on the Bodrum Peninsula. On every job the current condition of the building is first inspected on site, and scope and budget are put in writing.

- On-site survey: the current condition, the changes you want and possible risks are assessed.
- Scope and permit check: the work is listed, and whether it needs a permit is verified with the relevant authority.
- Quote and schedule: an itemised quote and work programme are prepared.
- Execution: work is carried out in the planned order, with progress shared regularly.
- Handover and inspection: completed work is checked together.

- Permits: work involving the structure, façade or change of use may need a permit. Protected or registered buildings can carry additional conditions.
- Condition of the building: damp, insulation, installations and the structure directly affect scope and budget.
